Arkan PMIS Group is a consulting and training firm built by practitioners, for organizations that deliver the projects shaping the region.
Our story

Arkan was founded by PMIS practitioners who spent more than 15 years inside the projects, as document controllers, Aconex and Unifier consultants, PMIS managers, quality leaders and trainers. Across programme after programme, we saw the same pattern: a gap that no licence and no classroom could close.
We built Arkan to close that gap. We bring governance, process, technology and people together under one method and one accountable team, so that a PMIS becomes the way an organization works, not a system it tolerates.

Eng. Abdelrahman Eltaweel
Founder and Managing Director
A Senior Oracle Construction and PMIS Consultant with more than 15 years of end-to-end functional consulting, system governance and digital transformation for mega construction and real-estate programmes across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
Abdelrahman leads the full PMIS lifecycle: current-state assessment, gap analysis, roadmap, high- and low-level solution design, configuration, integration, UAT, go-live and post-implementation optimization. His depth spans Unifier cost controls and governance, Aconex common data environments, and Unifier to P6 schedule-driven integrations.
He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a senior QMS auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, and holds an OSHA occupational health and safety certificate.
