Course Overview
Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Management connects project delivery to the enterprise ledger. Budgets, forecasts, committed and actual costs, billing, revenue and capitalisation all live on the same project record, drawing transactions from Procurement, Payables, Time and Labor and Expenses. For owners, PMOs and project finance teams, understanding this model is the difference between trusted project financials and month-end reconciliation spreadsheets.
Fusion Project Management is the Academy's foundation course for project finance, PMO and project controls staff. Over three hands-on days, learners follow a capital project through its full lifecycle: project types and templates, the project plan, resource management, financial plans, cost collection and burdening, contracts, billing and revenue recognition, asset capitalisation, Project Control forecasting and OTBI reporting, using a realistic government capital programme dataset.
